Eggs: Large brown eggs from BeKing Eggs.
Jam: An assortment of "Farmerella's" home-made jams are available for your enjoyment.
Fresh Garlic:Fresh-dug green garlic, and our garlic scapes.
Vegetables: Yellow and Green Beans, Snap Peas, Sugar Peas, and Shelling Peas, Broccoli and Cauliflower. Sweet and Hot Peppers, Yellow and Green Zucchini, Baby white & red potatoes, and heirloom carrots are now available. We pick Rhubarb, Kale, and Brocolinni while you wait.
Salad fixings: Leamington Beefsteaks & assorted Cherry Tomatoes, local Romaine Lettuce, local Celery, Green Onions, Radishes, English Cucumbers, and Lebanese Cucumbers.
Onions: Spanish, Sweet Red & White, Vidalia, and cooking onions.
Fruit: Cultivated Blueberries, local Strawberries, local Raspberries, Gooseberries and Sour Cherries. Apricots.
Niagara Fruit: Yellow Plums, and Black Cherries.
Veggie Trail Farms is proud to be part of a local food hub that provides our customers with locally produced meats, eggs, and vegetables. Many of these items are organic and naturally grown, coming in twelve months of the year. No need to fill your freezer, just order what you need every month.

We take pride in our
In 2017 we will be making our first try at Sweet Potatoes. We will be growing our staples: 100 varieties of Tomatoes (most of them heritage), Potatoes, Peppers (sweet and hot, in all colours and sizes), Cucumbers, Peas, Beans, Kale, Eggplant, Summer and Winter Squash, Okra, Broccolini, Brussel Sprouts, and Garlic. As well, we also cultivate Rhubarb, Black Raspberries, Ground Cherries, Blackberries, and Yellow Raspberries.
We know it is impossible to grow everything, so we depend on local farms to fill in the gaps. We bring in local Strawberries from the beginning of June all the way to October, Raspberries from July to September, as well as Wild and Domestic Blueberries from August to September. We also have a driver that goes to the Niagara Region 3 times per week to bring back tree-ripened fruits as they are in season: Cherries, Plums, Peaches, Nectarines, and Pears; and Corn starts the middle of July and is brought in fresh-picked each morning. We have an organic supply of Carrots and Beets, and a regular supply of Onions, Potatoes, Broccoli, Cauliflower, Cabbage, and all the salad fixings you could imagine throughout the entire growing season.

Veggie Trail Garlic
In October 2016 we made the trek down to the family farm to plant 5 varieties of hard-neck garlic for the 2017 season: Red Russian, Siberian Red, Bogatyr, Duganski, and a little bit of Music. We expect the scapes will come off mid-June along with some green garlic and garlic shalots, and the bulk of the garlic for the 2017 season coming out of the ground in July. Good things come to those who wait.
Our pledge to you, our customers, is to provide you with the best produce available, with priority being organic, chemical free, and naturally grown. Some of the farms we deal with are not organic, but they only use nutrients and pesticides when required.
